Associate Solicitor – Residential Conveyancing

We are seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor to join our busy Residential Conveyancing Department in Cardiff. Reporting to the Equity Partner and Head of Department, you will manage a varied caseload, support departmental development, and play an active role in driving the growth of our Cardiff office.

Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion

Draft legal documents, review title documents, conduct searches, liaise with third parties and advise clients throughout their transaction

Prepare completion statements, exchange contracts, handle completions, and manage SDLT and Land Registry submissions

Deliver excellent client care and ensure full compliance with SRA rules

Support business development in Cardiff, attending regular networking events

Strengthen client relationships and contribute to departmental and firm-wide initiatives

Lead by example, promoting high standards and a safe working environment

Admitted Solicitor with ideally 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing

Strong track record of performance as an Associate Solicitor (or previous Head of Dept / Partner)

Excellent communication, decision-making and organisational skills
