Corporate Associate - Cardiff

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer looking for a new challenge. You will be joining one of the leading commercial legal practices in Cardiff, a top tier firm with a real commitment to high quality work. You will need to have solid experience of complex corporate transactions.

As a Corporate Associate, you will have at least 3 years PQE and can be expected to join an award-winning Corporate team working on a broad range of corporate matters and transactions, including corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, management buy‑outs, buy‑ins, business transfers, restructuring, and PE & VC investments.

You will be working in great offices in Cardiff with fantastic views, at a friendly firm and genuinely a great place to work.
