• Sale and purchase of freehold retail and industrial units
Landlord and tenant matters
• Sale and purchase of small businesses

• Day to day management of a commercial property caseload

• Conducting matters on behalf of clients from против instruction through to completion
• Working collaboratively with local Cardiff Partners and team
