Contract: Permanent, 12 hours per week
Working Hours: 10am – 2pm, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

We are expanding our housekeeping team with the appointment of an experienced Housekeeper to deliver a luxury, home‑from‑home cleaning service for our residents’ studio apartments whilst ensuring our premium site & facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

• Provide an exceptional, personalised room cleaning service to students, ensuring studios are maintained to a clean, healthy & presentable standard.
• Work towards designated cleaning schedules, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, anti‑bacterial surface cleaning and making beds.
• Ensure our facilities are looked after respectfully by students & guests.
• Maintain the upkeep of our premium site & facilities.
• Be on hand, delivering solutions to issues or challenges that may arise.
• Be a point of contact for any potential incident or emergency that may occur onsite.
• Maintain waste management areas adhering to health & safety regulations, ensuring potential hazards are addressed, cleaned, tidied or reorganised as required.
• Record and manage each studio clean using a smartphone/tablet, photographing prior to and at the end of each clean.
• Report any concerning behaviour of students that could indicate a welfare concern.
• Monitor cleaning stock levels and communicate needs to the Assistant Residence Manager or Residence Manager; assist in ordering stock to maintain appropriate inventory.
• Understand and follow COSHH regulations when using cleaning chemicals.

• Well‑versed housekeeping professional with experience in large, multi‑room residence facilities such as accommodation buildings, hotels or hospitals.
• Technologically astute, able to use various technology systems and software.
• Good understanding of COSHH regulations and practices.

• Excellent communication skills;
  English the primary spoken language; multi‑lingual skills warmly welcomed.
