Roxy Lanes also attracts a family audience, allowing under 18s in during the daytime accompanied by an adult.

Live sports are also available throughout all Roxy Lanes venues, showing key sporting events through Sky Sports and BT Sports.

In an Assistant General Manager, we want a leader that drives the business forward in a role that requires you to be a real team player with a passion for hospitality. Winning personality and a fun-loving spirit are a must!

• Ensure we are delivering the best experience for our guests on every visit
• Have an input on delivering the quarterly business plans
• Lead by example through training, coaching and developing a winning team
• Manage a P&L to meet financial targets and expectations
• Manage the safety, security and licensing aspects of the business
• Manage our guest experience platform to improve service and standards
• Maintain a fun and engaging culture using our brand standards and company ethos
• Monthly reviews with all team members encouraging their growth and development
• Ensure service standards and duty management are upheld throughout operating hours
• Be an industry expert in all areas of duty management

• Salary £32,800

• 45 hour working week across 5 shifts
• Expected to be available to work weekends and public holidays
• Expected to have a reliable commute to work
• Manage a large team of up to 50 staff members
• Report KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly to the Area Operations Manager
• Liaise with all departments of the Professionals At Play business including marketing, sales, finance, operations and maintenance
