An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Director or an accomplished Senior Project Manager looking to step up, to lead a flagship £100m building project for a leading Tier 1 construction contractor.

This is a career-defining role offering full responsibility as No.1 on the project, reporting directly to the Operations Director and leading a large, experienced project team on a prestigious scheme in South Wales.

The Role – Project Director / Senior Project Manager

* Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a £100m+ construction project

* Acting as Project Lead / No.1 on site

* Direct reporting line to the Operations Director

* Managing programme, commercial performance, quality, health & safety and client relationships

* Leading, motivating and developing site and project teams

* Driving build strategy, risk management and project governance

Candidate Requirements

* Proven experience as a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, or Project Manager on large-scale building projects

* Background working for a Tier 1 or large Tier 2 construction contractor

* Experience delivering high-value (£50m–£100m+) construction projects

* Strong leadership, commercial and client-facing skills

* Ability to take full ownership and accountability for project delivery
