Overview

ONP Solicitors, part of Movera, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Team Manager to lead a team of Property Lawyers in Central Cardiff. We are a leading modern Conveyancing firm, using technology while keeping people at the core. Our mission is to create celebratory home‑moving experiences and drive industry change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day team activities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a supportive, inclusive, and positive working environment.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage performance for a high‑performing team.
  • Apply legal knowledge to drive upskilling and performance improvement.
  • Influence processes, implement change initiatives, and embed best practice.
  • Handle client/service queries, complaints, and maintain accurate records.
  • Build and maintain relationships across the business and with third parties.
  • Support Senior Operations Managers in salary review and budget processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage workload distribution, productivity, and resource planning.
  • Conduct regular one‑to‑one meetings and maintain Personal Development Plans.
  • Assist in recruiting new team members and chair regular team meetings.

  • Extensive conveyancing experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team.
  • A passion for training, coaching and mentoring.
  • High energy to develop and motivate a high‑performing team.
