• Weekly rotation (6am‑2pm, 2pm‑10pm)
• Future shifts:
  Role will eventually move to three shifts, including nights (10pm‑6am); date not yet set

• Operate testing equipment effectively according to the Work Instructions, hourly targets and security requirements
• Document and report test results, ensuring that non‑conformances are reported accurately and promptly when they occur.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a manufacturing facility or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision, using own initiative.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly motivated, with a strong focus on safety, quality and delivery.

• Proficient in using measurement tools and inspection equipment.
• Previous experience within a quality control environment/ISO 9001/ISO 13485/Pharma regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Able to make reasoned and objective decisions where necessary.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
