Responsibilities- Assess the care needs and develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care.
- Carry out all relevant forms of care.
- Act in accordance with the legal requirements and statutory rules relating to Practice and all Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board Policies and Procedures.
- Take responsibility for patients as delegated by the nurse-in-charge.
- Demonstrate the core values of the Board:
Kind and caring, Respectful, Trust and integrity, Personal responsibility.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse.
- Ability to speak Welsh is desirable. Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
