to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, working closely with the Manager to ensure smooth service, happy customers, and a motivated team. This is a hands‑on role that combines team management, food service oversight, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and customer care.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the team to deliver excellent service.
  • Oversee food preparation and bar service, maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism.
  • Assist with staff training and onboarding.
  • Monitor stock levels and help manage ordering.

What we’re looking for
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality (restaurant, bar, or similar) preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
  • Bartending experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Driving licence (preferred).
Some or all of the following would be advantageous
  • First Aid
  • Fire Marshall/Warden
  • Health & Safety Level 2
  • Necessary training is available for the right candidate.
