Optical Assistant – Specsavers

Are you a proactive people person ready to be the friendly face our stores need? If you have previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this role could be perfect for you.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and the team.

• Deliver excellent customer service and support in optical sales and dispensing.
• Assist in fitting and dispensing glasses and contact lenses.
• Manage inventory and maintain store displays.
• Work within a flexible schedule, including weekends.

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or audiology business.
• Basic knowledge or experience of optical and/or audiology terminology.
