Instore Merchandiser

As part of the in‑store team, you will provide visual support to the store, engaging customers by creative product placement and utilizing the latest fashion trends. You will create window and in‑store displays while maximizing store profitability through enticing visual concepts.

• Follow the weekly visual merchandising brief and apply it in your store; attract, engage and motivate customers using advanced visual techniques; ensure mannequins, displays and windows are updated through seasons and retail events; set up and monitor in‑store promotions via POS; analyze Oracle figures to aid product placement and floor moves.
• Provide training and assist with team development on merchandising and display; conduct weekly training to fill future roles; communicate and provide feedback to the Town Merchandiser on visual merchandising activity.
• Work professionally, leading by example at all times; conduct work safely and responsibly; promote a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance in line with company procedures.

• Strategically place merchandise to maximize visibility and accessibility, ensuring high‑demand products are prominently displayed.
• Develop compelling displays that align with brand standards and highlight key product features and promotions.
• Collaborate with store colleagues to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Identify trends and refine merchandising strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Execute promotional campaigns to maximize sales.

• Visual Merchandising or Retail Experience is advantageous.
• Excellent time‑management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative, imaginative and a flair for fashion.
