Sales Lettings Assistant - City Centre Apartments

Cardiff City Centre
Part-Time | Temporary 25-30 hours per week
£13.00 per hour

We are seeking a confident, motivated Temporary Sales lettings Assistant to play a key role in supporting the sales and lettings process for Student Accommodation. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, ensuring they receive a high-quality customer experience from initial enquiry through to moving in.

The Role:

Respond to enquiries via email, phone, and social media
Conduct accommodation tours for prospective residents
Support the bookings and sales process, ensuring accurate information is recorded
Assist with marketing activities and events
Maintain a welcoming reception area and provide excellent customer service
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and partner organisations
Support the wider team with administrative tasks

What we are looking for:

Proven sales experience in any sector.
Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

The role will be working 12-5 Monday to Friday, but the client may be able to be flexible.
