To drive Posibl’s growth by owning the full lead‑to‑member journey: generating leads, nurturing prospects, converting sales, running consultations, and building strong community relationships that support long‑term retention.

1. Lead Generation & New Business Development
- Actively generate new leads through referrals, partnerships, outreach and community activation.
- Develop and execute simple local marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with businesses, sports teams and local organisations.
- Attend local events to raise the Posibl profile.
- Own the full sales funnel: enquiry → consultation → membership sign‑up.
- Deliver high‑quality consultations and gym walkthroughs.
- Follow up consistently with warm leads, trial members and drop‑ins.
- Create a positive, no‑pressure sales experience while confidently guiding prospects to join.
- Be a visible and consistent presence in the gym.
- Support classes and events through engagement (not coaching unless qualified).
- Help build a culture of positivity, accountability and belonging.
- Reach out to disengaged members to support and re‑engage.
- Manage referral systems and rewards.
- Support the GM with retention strategies and improvement ideas.
- Lead consultations, intake sessions and goal‑setting meetings.
- Ensure new members feel confident and supported from day one.
- Deliver welcome calls, onboarding, and early check‑ins.
- Track leads, conversions, follow‑ups and referrals.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline metrics.
- Report weekly KPIs:
- New leads
- Member referral numbers
- Be part of a growing fitness brand with a strong community culture.

- Familiarity with retention strategies.
- Ability to support consultations with training knowledge.
- Understanding of pipelines, automated follow‑ups and sales workflows.
- Experience generating leads through outreach, networking or partnerships.
- Ability to support local marketing and activation events.
- Background in referral or growth‑based roles.
- Cross Fit L1 or equivalent (not essential).
- Experience supporting events, challenges or social initiatives.
- Confidence presenting or leading introductions.
