Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager

What you’ll do- Manage a foundation of long‑standing key accounts previously overseen by the Managing Director.
- Strategically source new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows.
- Handle inbound enquiries from the internal marketing team.
- Guide clients through a detailed sales project cycle from prospect to installation and account management.
- Ensure on‑time delivery of each project to exceed client expectations.
- Conduct site surveys to confirm project requirements.
- Personable, relationship‑focused, natural in building connections with people.
- Willingness to travel (including Ireland) and engage front‑of‑house with clients.
- Proven record delivering new business and account development results.
- Technical sales background in engineering, manufacturing, machinery, material handling & automation.
- Mechanical and/or electrical engineering qualifications (bonus).
- Salary: 55,000‑65,000
- 100,000 OTE with most current sales team earning over OTE.
- Company car and tech package.
- Comprehensive product training in the UK and Germany.
- Guidance and assistance from the Managing Director and Operations Director.
