• Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Conducting regular safety and security patrols.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches.
• Remaining vigilant, reporting incidents, and preventing disruption.
• Accurately maintaining records of all activity and handovers.

• A valid SIA Licence.
• Knowledge of access control systems.
• Valid driving licence due to site locations.
• Right to work in the UK with a 5‑year checkable history (enhanced screening).
• Strong communication skills, customer‑first attitude, and keen eye for detail.
• Team player.
• Computer literate – able to use basic IT systems.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
