Position: ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR OFFICER

Cardiff Council aims to provide a high quality, accessible Anti Social Behaviour Unit. The Service currently has a vacancy for a full time ASB Officer (permanent) working 37 hours per week.

About the job

The main function of the post will be to support Cardiff Council in tackling anti social behaviour across the city for council tenants and leaseholders, by providing effective anti social behaviour case management. You will also be responsible for supporting multi‑agency problem solving to improve community safety, and working with Police and other agencies as necessary.

What We Are Looking For From You

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to follow complex procedures.

You will have good organisational skills with experience in gathering and preparing accurate case management files. Being able to work to strict deadline and be extremely flexible is vital for this role.

You will also have experience of working with IT systems, and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.
