Senior Frontend Engineer - £65K - Cardiff - Hybrid (3 days on-site)

A fast-growing tech company powering digital private markets solutions for financial institutions. Their white‑label platform helps banks, wealth managers and investment firms digitise, scale and streamline private investment offerings from deal distribution to reporting with seamless, compliant digital experiences.

The company is looking for Senior Frontend Developers to join a collaborative team based in Cardiff. Successful candidates will work closely with designers, backend developers and product managers to help build and maintain modern, user‑friendly web applications, with a strong emphasis on React.

• Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using React.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues in design and backend to deliver compelling user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend best practice discussions.
• Identify and resolve performance and usability issues.
• Influence technical decisions, mentor junior engineers and help shape frontend architecture.

• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design.
