Our client is a Cardiff-based Fin Tech helping traditional financial institutions modernise how they run their private market operations making them more efficient, scalable, and competitive in the digital age.

Their platform is trusted by global clients and underpins private investment operations across multiple regions. Its already mature and secure, but they continue to innovate fast and expand internationally.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to help shape the next generation of their platform.

Youll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build intuitive, performant interfaces that make complex financial workflows simple for users.

Youll have genuine input into how things are built, from design system evolution to performance optimisation in a team that values thoughtful, maintainable engineering over quick fixes.

Experience needed

• Strong commercial experience with React and Type Script
• A focus on code quality, scalability, and maintainability
• A good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and accessibility
• Comfortable working with AntD or other modern UI frameworks
• Collaborative mindset- someone who enjoys sharing ideas and learning from others

You dont need to be a designer, but youll care about how your work looks and feels for the end user.
