A leading water utility company in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Activity Instructor to oversee operations at their Activity Centre. This role requires strong leadership to ensure the safety and enjoyment of visitors. You will supervise a team, maintain high standards of health and safety, and deliver excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have relevant water sports qualifications and a passion for customer engagement.

Flexible shift availability from April to September 2026 is required, along with comprehensive training and uniforms provided.
