Our Junior Sport Tennis Casual Coach is a key team member for the Junior Sport / Sport Systems team and associated areas of Cardiff Met Sport. They assist with the delivery of the Tennis Junior sports programme (Cardiff Met Junior Tennis) and ensure that the needs of participants are met.

• Assisting the Lead Coaches of Tennis and the wider Cardiff Met Junior Sport team in the delivery of high‑quality tennis coaching.
• Supporting participants/athletes in their development of all elements of tennis across a range of age groups and development levels.
• Assisting in teaching and refining tennis skills for various levels of ability.
• Collaborating with the Lead Coach to develop and refine training programmes, offering 网易彩票 feedback on what is working well and what could be improved.

You’ll use your previous experience of coaching and working within a sport‑coaching environment and the importance of customer care to provide an outstanding service to our tennis participants. Your knowledge of industry standards and national governing body policies will ensure that our tennis programmes are both safe and of the highest standards.

• Level 1 Coaching Qualification (or above) in tennis.
• Superb team‑working skills, able to work effectively as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for participants.
• Experience working with customers and parents.
