Your New CompanyWe are working with a leading residential developer who requires an experienced Telehandler to support operations on a busy housing development in Carlisle. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company known for quality builds and strong site safety culture.

Your New RoleYou will be responsible for:

• Safely operating the telehandler to transport materials and equipment across the site.
• Assisting site teams with lifting and positioning loads as required.
• Performing routine checks and reporting any maintenance issues.
• Keeping access routes clear and ensuring safe working practices.
• Supporting general site activities when machine work is not required.
• Maintaining compliance with health and safety standards at all times.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• A valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler qualification.
• Previous experience working on housing developments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong awareness of site safety and good communication skills.
• Immediate availability.
