About Us
We are one of the top three automotive retailers in the UK, representing 32 manufacturer brands and operating over 150 dealerships across the UK and Ireland.
Contract TypePermanent, full‑time
SalaryOTE up to £38,000 (uncapped); basic £29,000‑£32,000 per annum depending on experience.
Working Hours42 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:00 plus Saturday mornings on rota basis.
Responsibilities- Book MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
- Advise customers about warranty cover and upsell additional parts / accessories.
- Liaise with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments based on workload and call volumes.
- Manage a high volume of customers daily, including telephone calls and online booking queries.
- Inform customers of turnaround times and ensure effective communication throughout the time a customer’s car is in the workshop.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the systems when bookings are made.
Experience working in an automotive aftersales role, excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport, knowledge of dealer systems such as Kerridge/ADP an advantage. A passion for customer service and cars, a warm personality and the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise way.
