Job Purpose

To coordinate and be accountable for the training and conversion of patients in any and all institutions to Nestle Health Science Dysphagia product portfolio – Primary and secondary

Role and Responsibilities
  • Accountability for the planning and delivery of dysphagia training within all identified accounts within specified territories
  • Gain agreement for prescription conversion to Nestle Health Science dysphagia products
  • Identify and address any blocks to prescription changes with prescribing loop
  • Report activity and provide on-going feedback to the dysphagia territory manager and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Accurate and timely completion of all Iqvia administration
  • Compliance with Nestle Health Science & Star policies and procedures
Key Performance Indicators
  • Minimum average of two care home training sessions per day
  • Meet all other role-specific KPIs
  • Monitor ROI of A/V budget
  • Sales versus target performance
  • Personal performance objectives achievement
