This role demands strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills to ensure efficient, high‑quality service delivery. It is directly involved in supporting the Aftersales Manager in day‑to‑day running of the Parts department, serving general public & trade customers, and the supply of our own workshop.
Main Duties- Receiving and picking of orders
- Carrying out daily/weekly stock checking
- Ensuring parts store is kept tidy and organised
- Assisting with pre‑picking of parts for the workshop
- Assisting and supervising other team members
- Planning efficient van delivery routes through use of company resource
- Driving sales to meet targets
- Developing and motivating the Parts team through use of KPI’s
- Ensuring excellent customer service to both retail and trade customers
- Assisting the Aftersales Manager with daily operations
- Ensuring compliance with current regulations
- Practical experience in an After Sales environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a ‘can do’ positive attitude to challenges with the capability of bringing forward potential solutions
- Demonstrate leadership skills through effective delegation whilst developing a ‘thinking team spirit’
- Hard working with the ability to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to work
- Organised work ethic
- Safe and responsible work manner
- Reliable and punctual
- Full UK Driving Licence
