Our training programmes and varied shift patterns support your development, paving the way for a promising career with us. We champion a healthy work/life balance and encourage part‑time applications, working a minimum of 30 hours over 4/5 days.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver a great customer experience, achieving results
• Drive sales and manage budgets, P&L statements, merchandising and stock to improve profits
• Create a store personality and ensure it is a great place for team and customers
• Support the area as part of a wider team of Branch Managers, championing KPIs and business development

Required Skills & Experience

• Experienced manager ready to advance retail knowledge
• Ready to prove yourself and manage your own store
• Passionate about retail with proven business management skills
• Customer‑first mindset for business growth
• People‑person, leading by example and inspiring team performance
• Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and hardworking
