As a Services Team Leader, you’ll take ownership of service delivery in one of the UK’s most critical sectors - nuclear. This is a role where leadership meets purpose : you’ll ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence while shaping the future of clean energy and national security. • Managing resource planning and team development to maximise performance.
• Ensuring training and technical compliance across all staff.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leading and motivating a service delivery team to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Driving health, safety, environmental, and security compliance through example and accountability.

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Sellafield, near Seascale, Cumbria.

• Background in nuclear or other regulated / high-hazard industries.
• Strong track record in managing people and delivering work scope execution.
• Proven experience in an engineering, technical service, or scientific discipline.

• Understanding of Radiological Protection (RPI) is highly desirable.
• Relevant scientific or engineering qualification (e.g., apprenticeship or degree).
