The Role of Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care, supporting residents with their health needs, and working closely with families and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse:

Assess, plan, and implement person-centred care for residents

Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively

Monitor residents' health and respond to changes promptly

Lead and support care staff, promoting best practice

Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory standards

✅ Requirements for the Registered Nurse:

Current NMC registration (Registered Nurse - Adult)

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high standards of care

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
