• £33,000
• Plus Tronc – circa £2,400 per year
• 45‑hour weekly contract
• 4.5 day working week
• Live Out – please note this position does not come with accommodation

The hotel offers guests the chance to eat in their fine dining restaurant that boasts multiple AA Rosettes and a Michelin recognition.

• Responsible for the complete running of a section, general mise en place, etc.
• Assist wherever needed to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

• Experience at 3 AA Rosettes or Michelin is a requirement.
