Practice Nurse

• Conduct triage, wound care, immunisations, and care plans
• Support chronic disease management and health assessments
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment
• Educate and follow up with patients to ensure the best outcomes
• Work closely with GPs and clinic staff to keep operations smooth

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Experience in general practice (preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Friendly, patient‑focused, and able to work independently
