Are you ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? Our client Dyfed Powys Police are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Support professional to join their team! This role is pivotal in supporting the Chief Officer Team to achieve their strategic goals and objectives.
What You'll Do:
As an Executive Support, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the organisation running smoothly, including:
Efficiently managing diaries and coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements.
Developing and maintaining secure office systems, including mail and data management.
Screening telephone contacts and managing correspondence for Chief Officers.
Planning and organising meetings, conferences, and special functions.
Transcribing discussions during meetings and preparing summaries for the Chief Officers.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate the following essential skills:
Computer Literacy:
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with effective keyboard inputting skills.
Attention to Detail:
Proven ability to work accurately while managing multiple tasks.
Communication
Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all addition, you should bring:
Substantial secretarial or administrative experience, showcasing a high level of competence.
Experience in minute-taking and transcription services.
A practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
A Diploma-level qualification related to the specialist area or proven relevant experience.
