Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd is seeking a supportive, caring individual for night support at our Ty Cwm facility.

Ty Cwm, Lon Y Plas, Johnstown, Carmarthen SA31 3GA

£12.82 per hour

Full and part‑time positions available. Shift times 21:00-07:00.

• Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
• Offering personal care, assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day‑to‑day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy and caring environment
