* SJK Healthcare is urgently seeking an experienced
** General Medicine Outpatients Nurse
** to support a range of medical clinics across NHS hospitals. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse with broad clinical experience who can confidently manage diverse patient caseloads within a busy outpatient environment.
** Key Responsibilities
** Supporting consultant-led General Medicine clinics

Completing clinical assessments and patient observations

Managing patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including:

Respiratory disorders

Cardiac issues

Endocrine conditions (e.g., diabetes)
Gastrointestinal problems

Renal conditions

Long-term chronic illness

Preparing patients for tests and minor procedures

Coordinating follow-up appointments, referrals, and investigations

Providing patient education and lifestyle advice

Telephone/virtual clinic support

Accurate documentation in NHS electronic systems

Working effectively with Consultants, HCAs, AHPs, and admin teams
** Requirements
* *** Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required)
** Minimum
** 1 year experience
** in General Medicine, Acute Medical Unit, or similar

Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills

Experience in busy outpatient or ward settings

Excellent communication and organisation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of an MDTYou must be living in the UK and have the right to work in the UK
