Salary: £50,000 per annum + £3,000 Welcome Bonus + Annual Bonus

The Role:

As a Children’s Home Registered Manager, you will:

* Lead, motivate, and develop a residential care team

* Ensure the home meets CIW regulatory standards

* Deliver high-quality, child-centred care and safeguarding

* Oversee compliance, inspections, audits, and quality assurance

* Manage budgets, staffing, and rotas effectively

* Promote positive outcomes for children and young people with complex needs

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a Children’s Residential Home

* Registered with CIW (or eligible to register)

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)

* Strong knowledge of children’s residential legislation and safeguarding

* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
