Shift pattern:
Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.

Salary:
Up to £33,475 per annum

• Manage and motivate others to achieve store goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Contribute to achieving targets and increasing sales while maintaining a strong customer experience.
• Support the development and growth of team members through coaching and guidance.
• Utilise business acumen to drive performance and profitability within the store.

• You love watching others succeed in their careers.
• You thrive on hitting key performance indicators and achieving sales & profit goals.
• You appreciate the importance of great customer service and get satisfaction from exceeding your customers' expectations.
• Your previous retail experience in roles such as Retail/Store manager, Assistant Manager, or similar, brings fresh thinking.
