Year 1 earnings £150,000 + car or car allowance + all the tech equipment to work in the field.
As a Field‑based Business Development Manager you will source and visit in‑person potential new businesses in the South West Wales region, through a variety of business‑development channels. You will sell Peninsula’s consultancy services and help SMEs discover an easier and safer way to manage their staff.

Required Skills- Excellent relationship‑building skills – quickly build rapport and trust with business owners.
- Focused work ethic and motivation – ready and willing to leave no stone unturned.
- Structured sales approach – prep and planning each day are key to consistency.
- Adaptability to learn a new industry – sector experience is not essential; a first‑class training programme is provided.
- Professional approach to every new business interaction – phone call, in‑person meeting or networking event.
- Year 1 earnings £150,000
