Salary: £54,793-£60,326

• Communicate multi-faceted technical concepts to a wide range of stakeholders, influencing strategy across large, multi-national programmes
• Play a pivotal role in integrating advanced sensors into multi-layered weapon systems, drawing on experience across multiple specialist domains to deliver clear, evidence-based conclusions
• Tackle challenging problems head-on, driving root-cause analysis and developing or adapting innovative tools to enable robust solutions
• Manage and influence suppliers in challenging contractual and commercial environments, ensuring successful delivery and good partnerships
• Lead and inspire small to medium-sized teams of Systems Engineers, fostering collaboration and driving technical excellence

• Supplier management with the ability to influence supplier actions and behaviours in challenging contractual and commercial environments
• Experience in integrating sensors into multi-layered weapon systems by working across multiple specialist domains and distilling technical information into clear conclusions
• Skilled in supporting small to medium-sized teams of Systems Engineers, fostering collaboration and driving delivery
• Good communicator, able to convey multi-layered concepts to a wide variety of stakeholders and influence large, multi-faceted, multi-national programmes

• Degree-level education in an engineering discipline, or a good foundation with the aspiration and capability to pursue a degree alongside work
• Early career experience gained through remove entirely sensor testing in both ground and airborne environments
