Maintenance Person

We are seeking a Maintenance Specialist to ensure the safety, comfort and well‑being of residents and team members. Your work will support the team in delivering excellent care.

• Maintain a well‑decorated, safe and comfortable environment in and outside the Home.
• Ensure Healthcare Ireland’s minimum standards are delivered in all units.
• Identify and report damage, faults and related issues to the line manager.
• Liaise with local contractors, providing local knowledge and guidance so that maintenance schedules can be met on time.
• Deliver bloods, collect scripts and drive to suppliers when needed.
• Undertake any other duties reasonably required by the Home Manager.

• Right to work in the UK.
• At least 1 year of experience in a maintenance or similar role.
• Basic numeracy and literacy.
• Valid UK driving license and use of a car for company business.

• Keyboard and PC skills with a basic level of proficiency for standard office applications (Word, Excel).
