Balance Staffing is seeking a dependable AXI/AOI Operator to join our Carrollton, TX team. You will operate automated inspection equipment, review results, and perform visual PCBAs inspections, identifying potential quality issues.
Training will be provided on AXI/AOI inspection systems. The role collaborates with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to investigate and resolve issues, with a 2nd shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 2pm-10:30pm) and weekly pay.
