Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
On-site position
What You’ll Do- Help develop and improve nanocoating formulations
- Run lab experiments to test and refine products
- Assist with adjusting formulations based on project or customer needs
- Track and report progress on your work to your supervisor
- Support production and scale-up when needed
- Keep organized and accurate lab notes and documentation
- Work with different teams to support product development and improvements
- Help prepare and update SDS and TDS documents
- Perform testing to ensure products meet performance standards
- Prepare and send samples for external testing
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of industry experience, preferably in coatings, polymers, or surface technologies
- Strong hands-on experience in formulation development and product scaling
- Experience with nanomaterials, coatings systems, or advanced surface treatments is highly preferred
- Proven ability to lead projects and work cross-functionally
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly
- Ability to work on-site and thrive in a collaborative environment
