Beauty by Earth is seeking a decisive VAS Lead to run kitting, relabeling, and Amazon FBA prep in our Carrollton, TX warehouse.
This hands-on role leads a temporary crew, owns the label applicator and kitting line, and ensures every unit leaving the VAS area is correct in both the ERP and on the shelf.
You will report to the Inventory Manager, monitor daily output, quality, and safety, and help meet launch and wholesale deadlines.
