responsible for supporting construction and service teams by managing inventory, shipping/receiving, and material flow for HVAC/R equipment, parts, and tools.
Key duties:- Receive, inspect, and stock shipments; ensure materials are accurately documented and organized.
- Pick and stage orders for technicians; coordinate material availability for customer projects.
- Maintain accurate, organized inventory using warehouse systems.
- Monitor material movement and help ensure correct supply levels.
- Work in a safety-first, hands‑on warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with field and project teams to support timely completion of work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage inventory accuracy.
- Experience with warehouse operations including shipping/receiving and order fulfillment.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a hands‑on environment.
- Clear communication and teamwork with technicians and project teams.
- Interest in HVAC/R and energy‑related solutions, with a willingness to learn.
