LeadForemantooverseeoperationsinourhigh-volumecabinetshop.
Thisrolerequires
10–15yearsofcabinetmanufacturingexperience,strongleadershipandmanagementabilities,andhands-onexpertisewithCNCmachines,edgebanders,andproductionwoodworking.
The Lead Foremanwillsupervisedailyshopactivities ,ensureaccuratefabricationofcabinetcomponents,maintainproductionefficiency,andupholdourhighstandardsofcraftsmanship.
Occasionaldeliveryandinstallationofcustompiecesmayberequired.
Responsibilities include,butarenotlimitedto:
- Lead,supervise,andmentorcabinetshopstaffinafast-pacedproductionenvironment
- Managedailyworkflow,job assignments,scheduling,andshoporganization
- OverseesafeandefficientoperationofCNCmachinery,edgebanders,andallwoodworkingequipment
- Ensureaccuracyinmeasuring,preparing,machining,finishing,andassemblingcabinetcomponents
- Maintainhighquality-controlstandardsthroughoutallphasesofproduction
- Troubleshootequipmentandproductionissuestominimizedowntime
- Coordinatewithprojectmanagers,designers,andinstallerstomeetdeadlines
- Maintainaclean,organized,andsafety-compliantworkspace
- 10–15yearsofcabinetshoporwoodworkingexperience
- Managementorlead/supervisoryexperiencerequired
- StrongproficiencywithCNCmachines,edgebanders,andmodernshopequipment
- Excellent problem-solvingskillsandaproactiveleadershipstyle
- Highly detail-orientedandorganized
- Abletoworkeffectivelyinahigh-volume,team-driven environment
- Valid driver’slicenserequired;abilitytooperateaboxtruckpreferred
