What You'll DoReceive payments made by cash, checks, credit card receipts, EFTs and issue payment receipts

Process Daily Deposit Workbook for the Body Shop and reconcile to Body Shop management software

Assists Body Shop Manager and Estimators on the collection of outstanding Body Shop Accounts Receivables Prepare and audit Repair Orders to be closed and posted

May occasionally close repair orders

May assist Body Shop Manager with Technician Payroll and Work in Process Balancing May assist with parts and sublet data entry into management software

Document Verification per Audit and Insurance Requirements What You'll Bring Strong attention to detail

Communication skills

Cash handling experience

Efficient typing skills with a focus on accuracy

Basic math skills for simple calculations

Comfortable learning new systems

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
