Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with Customer Voice colleagues to combine operational data with qualitative feedback to identify ways to better understand and improve the customer experience.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enable us to deliver on their operational and strategic analysis requirements.
- Prepare and present data in a format that all stakeholders understand how our customers interact with our core services.
Because it's a cross-business role, we need a people-person who can effortlessly order and translate complex data into information for people who are not nearly as data literate as you! Naturally, you'll be obsessed with how data can be harnessed by organisations to deliver better outcomes for our customers' lives.
We're looking for someone with a natural curiosity for data who is excited by taking the unstructured and interrogating it to find solutions, identify trends and uncover opportunities to improve what we deliver for our customers. Ideally you'll have experience with data visualisation tools, such as Power BI, also SQL and advanced Excel too.
You'll have the perfect platform at Futures to showcase your natural passion for generating and visualising new insight, and you'll have a multitude of opportunities to pull together statistical models, forecasting and ad hoc investigations which will influence decision‑making at all levels.
You've the ability to work accurately, deliver high standards and work to tight deadlines which will make you a great fit for our forward‑thinking Insight team.
