Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 Per annum

Company Branding: A growing housing developer is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee three new developments in the East Midlands. With two new developments starting in Q1, they are expanding their Construction team, offering the opportunity for career progression and a key role in the region's growth.

Job Duties:

Manage contracts for multiple developments in the East Midlands region
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor project budgets and timelines
Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during construction
Report progress to senior management

Required Qualifications:

SMSTS certification
NVQ Level 6 or 7 in a relevant field
Valid Driving Licence

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a Contracts Manager role for a housing developer

Knowledge and

Skills:

Expertise in house building and private housing developments
Familiarity with NHBC regulations
Strong project management and negotiation skills

Working Conditions:

This role involves regular site visits and meetings with stakeholders. It will require travel within the East Midlands region.
