You will be joining a leading contractor specialising in water infrastructure projects across the UK. This organisation is committed to delivering high-quality solutions that support sustainable water management and environmental compliance.

Your new role

As an Electrical Biased Site Manager or Site Engineer, you will oversee the electrical installation and commissioning works on a major water treatment construction project. You will ensure all activities are delivered safely, on time, and to specification, while maintaining strong communication with the project team and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate electrical works on site, including subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Monitor progress, quality, and cost control against project plans.
Liaise with design teams and resolve technical queries.
Support commissioning and handover activities.

What you'll need to succeed:

Proven experience in site management or engineering within water treatment or similar infrastructure projects.
Strong electrical background with relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, HNC, or equivalent).
Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
