Location: Derbyshire
Salary: £40,000 £ 50,000 (DOE)

This isn t your typical finance role it's broader, more connected, and perfect for someone who wants to use their skills to do more than just hit deadlines and close month-end.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Producing management accounts and month-end reports
• Preparing and monitoring cash flow forecasts
• Balancing trial balances to the balance sheet
• Managing year-end accounts and audit processes
• Leading day-to-day finance operations, including payroll
• Supporting leadership with financial insight and guidance
• Helping improve processes, systems, and controls across entities

About You:

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA preferred, but AAT or QBE welcome
• Confident in preparing management accounts and reports
• Able to manage multiple entities and priorities
• Positive and proactive approach takes ownership and responsibility
• Experience in the charity sector is a bonus, but not essential
• Confident using accounting systems and Excel
