Position: Regional Estates Manager (North/East Midlands)

We’re searching for an exceptional Regional Estates Manager to join our ambitious, forward‑thinking team – ideally based in the North or East Midlands. This isn’t just a role; it’s your chance to make a real impact across our growing trust.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the Estates Strategy in partnership with the Director of Estates.
  • Ensure all academies are safe, compliant and operating at their best.
  • Lead the planning, execution and monitoring of building maintenance, major capital projects and other development work.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain operations smooth and standards high, creating outstanding learning environments.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to support the mission to transform education.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in property and estates management within a large organisation.
  • Ability to manage contractors and oversee projects of varying scale.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Flexibility to work unsociable hours and weekends, and significant on‑site presence.
