The Role

This role is responsible for the effective day to day management of a team of three employees. Ensuring that processes are followed consistently, performance standards are met and team members are supported, motivated and held accountable. The Team Leader will lead by example, manage different personalities with professionalism and ensure the smooth running of daily operations through clear delegation, communication and support.

Duties

  • Lead, motivate and manage a team of three employees to achieve individual and team objectives
  • Ensure all team members understand and adhere to company processes, procedures and standards
  • Input, implement and continuously reinforce operational processes
  • Monitor and manage requests from clients
  • Liaise with key stakeholder clients
  • Supporting with staff requests, any issues and resolutions HR, holidays, absences et
  • Delegate workload out to the team where and when needed
  • Estimated PO checking and preparation
  • PO tracker accruals
  • Monitor performance, productivity and quality of work, addressing any issues promptly
  • Provide daily guidance, coaching and support to ensure successful task completion
  • Conduct regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and performance discussions
  • Ensure clear communication between the team and management

Desirable Requirements:

  • Previous experience with a manager / team leader role
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
